Pricing:
Power-cell reserves the right to update based on current market trends.
Terms:
All new customers with opening first orders will need to submit bank and trade references in order to qualify for terms. Please provide a completed credit application. Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted.
Order Changes:
Quantity breaks only available when minimums are met and the blanket order is consumed within one year of the date of the order. Push-out requests require a 30 day notice. Pull-in’s will be reviewed based on current material and scheduling availability.
Freight & Risk of Loss:
Shipments are made F.O.B. Bloomingdale, IL, 60108 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any claim for shortage or material variance must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Limited Warranty:
Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, SLA, Lithium and Alkaline batteries are warranted against defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE year from date of manufacture.
Defective Merchandise Under Warranty
Within the warranty period, products will be replaced, repaired or credited at Power-cell’s discretion. Warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, tampering with unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents or normal wear and tear. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have rights which vary from state to state. Defective items that are in warranty may be returned for credit or replacement. Credits will be issued at the prices in effect at the time the item was received.
Please call customer service to request an RMA number.
- Please send the product back in its original packaging.
- Place a copy of your original sales receipt, or original packing slip inside of the package.
- Please place the RMA number you are given on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name and the RMA number are clearly visible on the box.
- Power-cell Battery is not responsible for returns lost while in transit. Tracking numbers are available through UPS and Fed Ex. Please use delivery confirmation when shipping packages through the United States Postal Service.
- RMA numbers expire after 30 days, so please use expediency when shipping back your defective product.
Re-stocking Fee:
All parts returned under an authorized RMA # that are in brand new condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Material, inventory and work in process for custom assemblies is non cancelable, non returnable.
